Sicily antique map Weekly Dispatch Atlas published 1863

Sicily antique map, with the southern part of Naples, by John Dower,F.R.G.S. Map also includes the islands of Pantellaria, Ustica, and the Aeolian Islands of Stromboli, Alicuri, Felicuri, Salina, Panaria, Lipari, Vulcano, together with an inset of Malta and Gozo. Published in the Weekly Dispatch Atlas, 1863. Paper size is approx. 19 x 13.5 inches. Original hand-colouring. Small foxing mark at bottom (this would hide under a mount.) Fold (rather than a crease) where postman possibly pushed newspaper through letter box! (see scan.)
