Peterborough Cambridgeshire antique map. A rare Ordnance Survey map by Robert Owen Jones, Royal Engineer, produced for the Local Government Boundary Commission Report, 1888. The map includes: Peterborough, Marholme, Helpstone, Maxey, Northborough, Etton, Peakirk, Glinton, Werrington, Paston, Eye, Dodsthorpe. The Reference shows the Urban Sanitary District Boundary, the present and proposed County Boundary, and the ‘Portion added to the county of Huntingdon.’ Paper size approx. 16.5 x 13.5 inches. Usual centre fold. Excellent condition.
